The rates given on the portals of seasonal lets always relate to a stay for 1 or 2 people same family. These rates then vary according to the period concerned and the number of people staying. The table below shows the prices for a stay for parents + children under 18. A baby cot can also be made available for a small supplement to replace the child supplement.
If your stay involves several adults in an apartment, take the price per week given for 2 people and increase it by 20% (2 adults), 35% (3adults) or 50% (4 adults). Example 1: a week for 4 adults in August = € 840 x 1.50 = € 1,260. Example 2: a week in July for 3 adults: € 700 x 1.35 = € 945

Our pricing policy
Pricing policy: we do not want to penalize our guests with higher rates during the various holidays - except summer - that punctuate the school year. Our rates are therefore seasonal and therefore do not incur any supplement during the periods of Christmas, Easter, February, Ascension Day, Pentecost, etc ..... .
Period 1 & 2 (October to May): 2 weeks minimum. You can stay 3 weeks for 2 weeks paid + 1 night. You can stay 4 weeks for 2.5 weeks paid + 1 night.
This period is highly sought after by people wishing to enjoy the winter sun of the Costa Del Sol and who always opt for stays of at least two weeks and sometimes much more given the very attractive conditions that we offer in terms of rates. Example: from October to March, if you stay 4 weeks, you will benefit from an incredible rate of €35 per day including electricity!
Periods 3, 4 & 6 (June, July, September): You stay 3 weeks for 2.5 weeks paid + 1 night. You stay 4 weeks for 3 weeks paid + 1 night.
Minimum stay: one continuous week (preferably Saturday to Saturday, especially in summer)
For other lengths of stay (e.g. 3 months during winter), please contact us.

Signed contract in all cases. Down payment : 35% on receipt of your contract. Balance payable 30 days before arrival.

if reservation is made less than 45 days before arrival
if total amount is less than 750€
Less than 30 days before your arrival: to guarantee your reservation, full payment must be made by credit card for an additional charge of +3%.
Deposit : On arrival you will have to pay a cash deposit of € 240. The amount may be higher if more than 2 adults are staying in the apartment or if you bring your dog with you (reminder: dogs are welcome at no extra cost).
Bedlinen & towels provided. Final cleaning included. International TV. Wifi
For your baby < 2 years: cot (40€/w), pushchair (10€/w), high chair (10€/w)
Nespresso coffee machine: 20€ per stay (capsules not included)
Included: bedlinen and towels. End of stay cleaning. TV (international). High-speed WiFi.
Electricity
Like many other countries, Spain has been hit by steep rises in electricity prices. We can no longer fully include it in the rental price if we want to remain competitive.
To keep things as simple as possible and avoid modifying our attractive prices, a contribution of €2 per rental day will be applied. (Additional adult or 2 kids : + 1€)
Deposit: important!
A deposit of € 200 is required to cover any loss of key, breakages or damage. A further € 40 is added to guarantee return of the apartment to us in the same state of cleanliness as on your arrival. We have learned from experience that this cannot be checked on the spot when you leave.
If occupied by 3 or 4 adults, a deposit of €100 per adult will be requested.
If stay is 4 or more weeks, the deposit will be 400€
Unfortunately, we observe more and more often that the apartment is returned to us dirty, even very dirty. We will therefore hold on to the 40 € until our cleaning lady has checked the state of the apartment. There are 3 possible outcomes:
1) the apartment is clean: your 40 € will be refunded to you eight days later
2) the apartment is fairly clean: you will receive a refund of 20 € eight days later
3) the apartment is dirty: we keep the 40 €.
We accept animals for free but an additional deposit of €40 will be requested to remind you that it is up to you to vacuum their hair before leaving.
However, we fully understand that you might not want to spend time cleaning. If that’s the case, let us know when you leave so it can be noted in the the exit inventory, and we will then keep the € 40.
