Beaches of Marbesa, Cabopino and the Artola dunes

You're 400 metres from the sand. This is our guide to the beaches of east Marbella: from the quiet beach on our doorstep to the protected Artola dunes, linked on foot by the coastal path.

Marbesa beach

Our home beach: 400 m away, fine sand and a quiet residential feel. With the beach chairs and parasols from the storage room, going to the beach is just walking down.

A flat stroll along the shore, about 20 minutes, ending at the marina. At sunset it's quite a show.

Artola dunes

A protected natural spot: wooden boardwalks through the dunes, the Torre de los Ladrones watchtower standing guard and one of Marbella's most beautiful beaches.

Jet skis and watersports

At Cabopino marina and along Marbella's beaches: jet-ski hire, paddle surf, kayaking, parasailing and boat trips. From Puerto Banús, catamaran outings to spot dolphins. The most fun way to dive into the Mediterranean.
